How will my item be packaged?
Your item will be attached to card stock paper and placed in an organza bag
What type of metal are the charms made out of?
Most charms are a plated zinc metal alloy. The manufacturer takes a variety of melted metals and forms them into the shape. They are then covered with a silver colored coating. The coating could wear off over time due to rubbing on clothing, excessive cleaning and scrubbing or exposure to water.
Some of the charms are stainless steel.
None of the charms are sterling silver.

The key rings, small initial and stamped heart charms are stainless steel.
It is not recommended to submerge, bathe or shower with ANY of the pieces. You should refrain from getting them wet.

I need more than the quantity available. Do you have more than what is listed?
Message me! I most likely have more stock than listed for each item. I have different variations with the same charm, so I have my total quantity spread out over many listings. I can usually accommodate!
I saw a charm I like, but it is not in your store. Can you get it?
Most likely! Message me with a picture and timeframe for when you will need it and I'll see what I can do!
What if I forget to leave an initial or bead choice at checkout?
If you place an order and do not include the initial you would like, I will email you. If you don't respond in 48 hours, I will attach either a stamped heart or a white bead, depending on my current inventory.
