Shipping policy

Current production time is 1-3 business days. This does not include the shipping time. It is the time it takes me to make and assemble your order and get it ready for shipping.

Please remember upgrading to priority shipping only upgrades shipping via the post office. It does not bump your order in front of others or get it out faster than the expected processing time of 1-3 days.

Packages are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage service.  The shipping time varies and can take up to 10 days.  The post office does not guarantee transit time.  The post office only estimates it.  All packages ship from upstate New York (USA).  I cannot control the speed the post office moves the package and have the same tracking information that is given at the time of shipping.  If your package seems to be lost or stuck in transit, please reach out via email at thatjewelryplace7@yahoo.com.  I can submit a missing mail search request and possibly get it moving again. 

All packages are shipped without insurance, unless requested before shipping.  ThatJewelryPlace is not responsible for lost packages and does not replace.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
